Schedule

Monday-Friday 5am- 1:30pm + OT as needed
Shift end when daily work is completed; end times may vary based on volume.

• Accurate and efficient picking and packing of product
• Running scanning equipment
• Packing orders to customer's requirement or specifications
• Maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Self-identifying mistakes, identifying problems, and recommending solutions
• Providing candid and timely feedback to all levels in the organization
• Involving others in problem-solving when needed
• Completing all responsibilities successfully

Position Summary

Accurately and efficiently pick product and prepare orders for shipment observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Works independently and communicates well with other departments (verbally/written/computer) to move work through the system in an organized fashion. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 - 12 months warehouse and / or production work experience

Compensation

$17.00/hr+ Tier Pay
