We’re seeking a Picker/Packer to work at a premier manufacturing company in Chino, CA. You’ll be: Performing general warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping productsMoving, handling, and storing materials using the appropriate equipment and processesUsing RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and update transactionsVerifying product accuracy and condition during handling and processingFollowing standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standardsMaintaining accurate records of inventory movement and work performedSupporting inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock organizationPreparing products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and staging requirementsKeeping workstations clean, organized, and safeCollaborating with team members to meet productivity and performance targetsAdapting to changing priorities and supporting multiple operational areas as needed This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Have a High School diploma or equivalent (required)Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventoryCan perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and repetitive movementAre reliable, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and are willing to learnCan work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentHave basic understanding of warehouse or logistics operations (preferred)Have experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (preferred)Possess basic computer skills and familiarity with standard applicationsDemonstrate basic problem-solving skills and ability to follow work instructionsHave 0-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or related roles (preferred) Helping you discover what’s next in your career is what we’re all about, so let’s get to work.
