About the Role

Join the Pick, Pack, Ship Team at Cornerstone Brands (Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill) and support the mission of the distribution center by achieving daily productivity standards, fostering positive relations with peers, and setting personal development goals. Full-time and part-time positions are available at our West Chester, OH, fulfillment center with various start times. This onsite role reports to an Outbound Operations Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Pick and process orders for shipment to customers
• Quality check all work to ensure proper SKU, color, size, and quantity
• Follow and meet all accuracy and performance requirements
• Identify inventory and process issues and escalate them to management for resolution
• Properly fill out profiling change forms, stop signs, and truck maintenance forms
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform other duties as directed by CSI Management

Requirements

• 3+ months of experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
• Willingness to work in other areas of the operation as a team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards
