Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking board certified/eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians who are passionate about providing high-quality primary care to seniors. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering care to patients with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved populations. They should also be highly collaborative and enjoy leading care teams with a patient-centric orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality primary care to seniors in our state-of-the-art, community-based clinics
• Collaborate with a supportive care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Provide care that addresses both medical and social needs of patients
• Lead and participate in care teams to improve patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
• Active, non-probationary state medical license

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs)

Pay

Compensation is above market and includes base salary and bonus (based on quality metrics, not RVUs or volume).
