Physician, Total Joint Orthopedics

About the Role

General Physician, PC, a part of Kaleida Health in Buffalo, is seeking a full-time Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Total Joint/Reconstructive surgery for our Williamsville, New York location. This opportunity includes providing joint orthopedic services on an outpatient basis at our Williamsville site, with inpatient procedures performed at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. Call requirements will be shared among providers. The practice offers an established patient base, mentorship, advanced practice provider (APP) support, and a transition to EPIC EMR in 2026.

• X-Ray, casting, and durable medical equipment (DME) package included
• Strong referral base as part of a multi-specialty group

Pay

• Salary range: $500,000–$700,000
• Additional RVU model with unlimited income potential
• Sign-on bonus available

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) physician
• Completion of ACGME-accredited training
• Eligible for and able to obtain active New York state licensure prior to hiring date
• DEA certification
