About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Physician Recruitment Coordinator to join our recruitment team in Louisville, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with a variety of administrative functions within recruitment, including managing candidate communications, scheduling interviews and travel requests, gathering interview feedback, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
  • Create reports, presentations, and other documentation that support the hiring process.
  • Support conference attendance and logistics, ensuring all arrangements are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 1 or more years of experience in customer service, project administration, healthcare project coordination, or administrative support, preferably with responsibilities involving scheduling, communication, process coordination, and tracking information across multiple systems.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must live within commuting distance of Humana's office located in Louisville, Kentucky.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint, Workday ATS, and Phenom CRM.

Additional Information

  • This role is open to applicants in proximity to the Waterside building in Louisville, Kentucky.
  • Based on business need, this role may require occasional travel to the Humana office for support.
  • Mileage reimbursement may be available for approved business travel.
  • This role reports to a Manager in Talent Acquisition.

Work at Home Requirements

  • To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
  • In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary.
  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Travel

  • While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
