Key Responsibilities
- Establishes and maintains standardized recruitment support processes and procedures.
- Supports Workday processes related to clinician compensation and hire transactions.
- Accurately enters, updates, and tracks new hire information within Workday.
- Captures and coordinates pre-employment activities such as reference checks, background screenings, and other pre-hire requirements.
- Ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements during the pre-employment process.
- Develops and maintains recruitment-related materials and tracking tools.
- Coordinates processes and supports critical projects for the Clinician Services and Recruitment team.
- Assists with process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and operational workflows to strengthen recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performs additional recruitment support functions as assigned.
Requirements
- Licensure, Registration, And/or Certification: None Required
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience: Typically requires 3 years of experience in human resources, marketing, medical group operations or communications that includes experiences in developing relationships with clinicians, educating clinicians on services and programs, and facilitating processes across multiple teams.

- Proven ability to work independently while making critical decisions under tight timeframes and multiple competing priorities.
- Understanding of recruitment strategies, retention practices, business and market development.
- Skills in evaluating, addressing, and providing resolutions to general issues and challenges.
- Knowledge of geographic area served to provide guidance to physicians and their families on the community and surrounding areas.
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations impacting the recruitment function, human resources, and the overall implications to the organization.
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and experience to effectively interact and build working relationships with physicians and leadership at all levels.
- Ability to act as a resource and providing guidance to others.
- Ability to establish exceptional individual relationships based on credibility of expertise and trust.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and system applications.
