Physician Recruiter III

About the role

System One is seeking a Physician Recruiter III to join our team for a remote contract to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of recruiting ranging from sourcing candidates, conducting effective and insightful screening, making candidate recommendations to hiring managers, coordinating the interview process, and ensuring a strong candidate experience.
• Serve as a strategic partner with hiring leaders to understand their business objectives, growth strategies, and hiring needs to develop strategic recruitment plans.
• Proactively utilize labor market and industry trends to educate hiring leaders and develop recruitment strategies.
• Develop sourcing strategies and techniques to attract, screen, and engage active and passive candidates.
• Create pipelines of candidates for critical skills areas by utilizing social media and other sources to identify, attract, and recruit quality candidates.
• Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection, including federal, state, and local EEO statutes, rules, and regulations.
• Promote the company's commitment to diversity by networking with community agencies, professional associations, educational institutions, and attending various events and job fairs.
• Assist with building the company's reputation as an employer of choice through recruitment branding, community visibility, networking, and corporate events.
• Understand the culture and environment, market, services provided, strategic direction, and specifics surrounding each open position.
• Utilize the applicant tracking system to document every step of the recruitment process and ensure proper candidate disposition in accordance with OFCCP regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates.
• Strong understanding of compliance with federal, state, and local EEO regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

Pay & Schedule

• Compensation: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour
• Work Model: Remote – offsite
• Hours: 40.0 hours per week
• Contract Type: Contract To Hire
