About the role
The selected candidate will be responsible for full cycle recruitment, including development of recruitment strategies in collaboration with physician leadership, position posting, candidate management, interviewing, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies in collaboration with physician leadership
- Post positions on various platforms and manage candidate relationships
- Interview candidates and conduct assessments
- Report on recruitment progress and outcomes
- Recruit Advanced Practice Providers
- Travel to other Nemours locations and attend national conferences to support recruitment needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Three to five years of Physician/Provider recruitment experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- One to three years of previous physician recruitment experience required
- Experience with high volume recruitment required
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and web-based recruitment required
- Successful track record of candidate generation and placement
- Strong skills of relationship building with internal customers
- AAPPR credentials preferred
- Strong candidate sourcing experience required
- Oracle experience preferred
- Strong writing skills required
