Physician - Psychiatrist Outpatient

About the role

We are seeking a board-certified or eligible psychiatrist to provide outpatient adult psychiatric services in a supportive, no-call, no-weekend setting. The role involves conducting medication management, rechecks, and new patient assessments, with appointment times ranging from 20-60 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide adult outpatient psychiatry services in a clinic setting
• Conduct nursing home rounds once or twice monthly
• Perform medication management and patient rechecks
• Participate in outreach to other clinics and future telemedicine initiatives
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychotherapists

Requirements

• Board Certified/Eligible in Psychiatry
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently within a team setting
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric services preferred

Pay

$323,000 with potential bonuses and incentives.
