Outpatient Psychiatry Physician

Responsibilities

• Multidisciplinary, collegial team: psychiatrists, psychologists, NPs, and counselors
• Robust, comprehensive behavioral health ambulatory services
• Vacation: 5.5 weeks
• Call is 1:14 and is mostly tele call
• No overnight call is for admissions; Nocturnist covers overnight admissions 7 days/week.
• Weekend rounding only when on call; Hospitalists cover inpatient unit on weekdays
• Inpatient admission call falls exclusively to Array (external agency)
• Cerner EMR
• Hospital employment

• Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) available

Requirements

• Completion of medical degree and residency/fellowship training in Psychiatry
• MD/DO with certification by an American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) board in physician's primary specialty
• Must be board certified or board eligible
