Physician Practice Supervisor I

About the role

Affords responsibility for all operations of the office including maintaining provider, patient and staffing schedules; coordinating and facilitating meetings; and ensuring staff is compliant with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. Monitors and evaluates monthly department expense reports, as well as financial, volume, RVU, patient satisfaction, EOC, quality assurance, and patient care monthly reports. Maintains CLIA Waived Lab standards where appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Cook up and facilitate meetings
  • Ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate department expense reports
  • Evaluate financial, volume, RVU, patient satisfaction, EOC, quality assurance, and patient care monthly reports
  • Maintain CLIA Waived Lab standards where applicable

Requirements

  • Minimum Required: High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Three (3) years relevant medical office experience and one (1) year in a supervisory role OR Associate or Bachelors Degree

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$25.12 - $35.87 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

Regular, Day shift, 40 weekly hours
