Physician Practice Supervisor I

About the role

Assumes responsibility for all operations of the office including maintaining provider, patient and staffing schedules; coordinating and facilitating meetings; and ensuring staff is compliant with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. Monitors and evaluates monthly department expense reports, as well as financial, volume, RVU, patient satisfaction, EOC, quality assurance, and patient care monthly reports. Maintains CLIA Waived Lab standards where appropriate. Primary department: UHS Primary Care Greene.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate monthly department expense reports
• Monitor and evaluate financial, volume, RVU, patient satisfaction, EOC, quality assurance, and patient care monthly reports
• Maintain CLIA Waived Lab standards where appropriate

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Three (3) years relevant medical office experience and one (1) year in a supervisory role
• OR Associate or Bachelor's Degree
