Physician or Physician Scientist - Cardiovascular Medicine, Program Director, Cardiac CT (Open Rank/Track Faculty)
Position Overview
The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Cardiovascular Medicine Imaging physician/physician scientist to join an elite team of academic physicians at the assistant, associate, or full professor rank. The successful candidate will focus on expanding both coronary and structural imaging to support a robust inpatient and outpatient imaging services in a world-class facility at the Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified
- Successful completion of a US accredited cardiology fellowship
- Eligible for an Ohio License
- Clinical or Translational Research experience preferred
- Qualify for an academic appointment at The Ohio State University – academic rank and salary will be commensurate with previous training and experience
Qualifications
- Completed MD or equivalent degree
- Eligible for an Ohio License
- Experience in cardiovascular imaging
- Ability to teach and conduct research

The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, comprised of over 60 cardiologists with focus areas to include: general cardiology, interventional, electrophysiology, adult congenital heart disease, heart failure, heart transplantation, mechanical circulatory assist, pulmonary vascular disease, women’s cardiovascular disease, cardiac MRI/CT, and cardio-oncology.
