Physician Office Division Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans and sales strategies to penetrate new markets
• Ensure timely and competitive pricing for prospect applications
• Create effective marketing plans as required
• Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and performance
• Prepare and assist the team in proposal presentations and RFP responses
• Conduct one-on-one reviews for effective communication and performance improvement
• Mentor and develop sales staff to enhance team performance and morale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years in sales management with direct team supervision
• Experience with enterprise software and complex organizations
• Strong background in Supplier Relationship Management
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time

$134,000 – $201,000 annually
