About the role
Join our team as a Sales Manager for New Home Sales at Ryan Homes, part of NVR. This role is ideal for experienced leaders aiming for growth paths such as Director of Sales or VP of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives
- Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and annual goals
- Analyze market trends to guide product positioning and community strategy
- Collaborate with leadership on sales planning, forecasting, and pricing
- Oversee sales contracts and facilitate weekly team meetings
- Support grand openings, community previews, and local marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience, managing a team of 5 or more
- Experience overseeing 200+ annual sales units or comparable high-volume team performance
- Strong coaching and talent-development skills
- Able to manage metrics, drive accountability, and lead a results-driven team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Undergraduate degree preferred
Current successful leaders have backgrounds in homebuilding, regional sales leadership, consumer sales, hospitality leadership, or other fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
