Physician OB/GYN - Lamont CHC

About the role

We are seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join our expanding Women’s Health program. This position provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care within a collaborative group practice dedicated to bringing high-quality services in the outpatient and in-patient setting to the underserved population in Central Valley.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
• Collaborate with a physician-led group of 7 OB/GYN physicians
• Support 3 clinic-based Nurse Practitioners in outpatient care
• Share a call schedule with other physicians
• Enjoy a protected post-call day
• Care for patients in a home-call structure
• Participate in a dedicated GYN surgery block time
• Utilize hospital resources including robotic surgery (optional)

Requirements

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• A commitment to patient-centered, community-focused care

Qualifications

• New and recent graduates are welcome
• Mentorship available for new graduates

Pay

• Base Salary: $320,000 – $380,000 annual salary
• 3% annual merit increase
• Pay for Performance - Productivity Incentive
