Physician Leaders Fellowship - Remote - Nationwide

About the Role

Vituity is seeking highly competitive and motivated candidates with strong leadership potential interested in becoming a Medical Director. This is a one (1) year Physician Leaders Fellowship program for a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a wide array of management and leadership experiences.
• Act as a member of the Vituity senior and executive management team.
• Collaborate and develop products that impact the practice of your specialty.
• Develop an understanding of the clinical, financial, and regulatory issues impacting your specialty.
• Complete leadership and management training necessary to successfully negotiate this environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Neurology, Anesthesia, or Psychiatry residency program required.

Program Outcomes

In over 20 years of existence, this program has produced Medical Directors, Directors in Quality and Performance, Regional Directors, as well as Vituity's current CMO.
