Role Overview

What You Will Be Doing

• Contribute to training and evaluating AI models in medical contexts
• Create tasks and deliverables based on real-world clinical scenarios
• Provide domain-specific feedback to improve AI system performance
• Support development of AI systems through applied clinical reasoning

Who We Are Looking For

• Professional experience in clinical diagnosis, treatment, and patient care management
• Strong understanding of medical documentation and compliance standards
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain clinical reasoning clearly
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• PREFERRED: Experience engaging with research, training, or evaluation workflows
