Family Medicine Physician (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality virtual care through chat and video for diverse outpatient cases.
• Conduct triage, offer accurate clinical guidance, and coordinate labs/imaging/referrals.
• Use modern telehealth tools and maintain timely, clear documentation.
• Collaborate with specialists and internal teams to deliver seamless care.
• Adapt quickly and exercise strong clinical judgment in a tech-driven environment.

Requirements

• 5–10 years in Family or Internal Medicine, plus 2+ years of telehealth experience.
• Must be able to work 2 weekends/month.
• Active US medical licensure covering ~30% of the adult US population.
• US-based medical education and clinical training.
• Strong communication skills for written and video patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Must have adequate licensure coverage (including 4 large-volume states + 9 additional states) for Part-Time Physicians (MD/DO).
• If licensure coverage is below this threshold, the rate is $65 per visit.
• Full-time physicians may be eligible for a compensation range of $160K - $200K annually, depending on experience, licensure breadth, and qualifications.

Pay

• Part-Time Physicians (MD/DO): $150 per hour for physicians who hold adequate licensure coverage (including 4 large-volume states + 9 additional states).
• If licensure coverage is below this threshold, the rate is $65 per visit.

Schedule

• Part-Time (Telehealth Physicians): Fully remote role with a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week.
• Full-Time (Telehealth Physicians): Fully remote role with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
