About the role
The successful candidate will provide assessment, treatment and management of care for adult patients with infectious diseases; participate in medical education or community benefit programs or other activities as may be requested; assist in educating and training support staff in the provision of efficient and effective infectious disease services; and timely complete medical charting and billing activities for provided services.

Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.), or the foreign equivalent
- Completion of a U.S. medical residency program in Internal Medicine and U.S. medical fellowship program in Infectious Disease
- Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine and in Infectious Disease
- Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Connecticut medical license
Qualifications
