About the Role

Mercy Northwest Arkansas is seeking a board certified/board eligible Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our Hospitalist group in Rogers, AR. This position offers a 7 on/7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts, including day rounder and rotating admit/night shifts. There is also an opportunity for a nocturnist position. The role operates in an open ICU model with Critical Care coverage, and experience in ICU management is needed. While procedures are not required, they are encouraged. Subspecialty support is available.

Academic engagement is a key aspect of this role, with opportunities to actively participate in teaching at the Alice Walton School of Medicine (Mercy is the primary teaching partner) and the Internal Medicine residency program (UAMS affiliation). The system uses Epic EHR.
