About the Role

Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, a nonprofit teaching hospital and the flagship facility of the LifeBridge Health system, is seeking exceptional physicians to join its Hospitalist team. Sinai is the largest community hospital in Maryland with 483 beds, serving Baltimore City, County, and surrounding areas. Recognized for its high-acuity patient population and comprehensive Hospital Medicine and Critical Care programs, Sinai serves as the primary receiving center for transfers from LifeBridge affiliates and a regional referral hub for complex medical and surgical subspecialty care.

The hospital provides training for over 140 residents and 400 medical students annually, hosting a large internal medicine residency program with approximately 57 residents. It also serves as the regional medical campus for George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, with Johns Hopkins medical students rotating through select teaching services, fostering a rich, collaborative academic environment.

Sinai offers fully integrated, in-house subspecialty services across all major disciplines, including comprehensive medicine subspecialties, surgery and trauma, neurology and neurosurgery, and orthopedics. This depth of expertise supports advanced diagnostics, complex care coordination, and timely consultative support, reinforcing Sinai’s role as a tertiary academic medical center and regional referral destination.
