Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Assess and manage patient conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests as needed.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on medical advancements and research relevant to hospital medicine.

Requirements

• Current CA state license.
• Board Eligible/Certified in Hospital Medicine.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Completed residency training in Internal Medicine or Hospital Medicine.
• Passing scores on the USMLE Step 3 or COMLEX Level 3.

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
