The Opportunity

Up to $100k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Hospital Medicine physicians.
Day, swing, and nocturnist opportunities available.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Stay current with medical advancements and research relevant to hospital medicine.
  • Contribute to the improvement of healthcare delivery through participation in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Current IL state license is a plus.
  • Board Eligible/Certified in Hospital Medicine.
  • Experience in hospital medicine preferred.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in Internal Medicine.
  • Passing scores on the USMLE Step 2 CK or COMLEX Level II-CK.

Skills

  • Strong clinical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
