Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Assess and manage patient conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests as necessary.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Current CA state license.
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or related field.
- Experience in hospital medicine preferred.
