About the role

• Full-time, hospital-employed palliative care position in a growing practice
• Interdisciplinary team with an established patient panel
• Located in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, one hour north of Milwaukee
• Epic EMR with comprehensive benefits including generous PTO

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• No call, no weekends, no holidays

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible palliative care physicians encouraged to apply
• Fellowship-trained graduates welcome to apply
• H-1B visa sponsorship possible
