- Split schedule with 50% administrative leadership and 50% clinical practice
- Lead a distinguished palliative care program at a large integrated health system
- Faculty appointment with an accredited medical school included
- Mentor residents and advanced practice providers in a collaborative environment
- Hospital-employed position with a comprehensive integrated health system in Connecticut
Requirements
- Fellowship training and board certification required
- Minimum 3 years of palliative care experience required
