About the role
As part of our Internal Medicine team, you will manage a combination of outpatient clinics, inpatient consults and field clinics throughout Alaska.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of patients at ANMC, a Level II Trauma center serving over 30 medical specialties.
- Collaborate with other specialists to provide comprehensive care to Alaska Native and American Indian patients.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine and Hepatology.
- Current license to practice medicine in Alaska.
- Experience in providing care to Alaska Native and American Indian populations.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Passion for community service and healthcare delivery in rural Alaska.
