Physician: Family Medicine, OB- Mountain Home - 78110

St. Luke’s Elmore is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible family medicine physician with obstetrics to join a collegial, patient-focused primary care team. This combined inpatient and ambulatory opportunity is based at Trinity Mountain Medical Clinic, where you will see patients of all ages through preventive care and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. The clinic promotes a medical-home model, emphasizing continuous relationships with providers who coordinate both wellness and illness care.

About the Role

• Practice full-spectrum family medicine, including women’s health, obstetrics, annual exams, immunizations, family planning, and disease management
• Surgical OB experience preferred but not required
• Opportunity to teach medical students and residents
• Clinic is located on the same campus as St. Luke’s Elmore hospital, which offers 25 inpatient beds, a 24-hour emergency department, lab and imaging services, family birthing suites, and a long-term care unit
• Site is in a HPSA shortage area and may qualify for student loan repayment programs (NHSC, Idaho RPIP, PSLF—subject to application and approval)
