The Opportunity

Up to $100k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
Current CA state license is a plus.
Providers will be cross credentialed at Adventist Health Bakersfield, Adventist Health Specialty Bakersfield, Delano Regional Medical Center, and Tehachapi Valley Healthcare District.

The Practice

Annual volume of approximately 9,000+.
Daily census is between 20-40 patients.
Sub-specialty backup includes cardiology, hospitalist, ICU, nephrology, and neurology.
Cerner EMR with Dragon dictation.
Additional resources include 24/7 x-ray, CT, US, and MRI.

Depends on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience.
Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.

Compensation

In addition to the estimated annual base compensation, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.
