Physician - Director of Thoracic Transplantation
About the role
The Ochsner Multi-Organ Transplant Center is seeking a Transplant Pulmonologist to join our lung transplant program. Candidates must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine and have at least 5 years of experience in managing lung transplant patients.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the management and selection of patients prior to transplantation
- Manage both peri- and post-lung transplantation
Requirements
The successful candidate will be a BC/BE Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine specialist with extensive experience in lung transplant management.
Qualifications
Must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana and eligible for licensure in the state of New Orleans.
