Physician - Medical Director of Thoracic Surgery

About the role

The Medical Director of Thoracic Surgery will lead a comprehensive team of specialists in a highly diverse and successful program, working closely with the Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery and other specialists in a multispecialty group practice environment.
• Lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and Cancer Committee meetings.
• Work closely with the Payson Center for Cancer Care team including medical and radiation oncologists, nurse navigators, social workers, and dietitians.

Requirements

• MD/DO degree with BC/BE in Thoracic Surgery.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain NH state professional licensing and DEA.
