Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program with a focus on ambulatory education and resident development.
- Provide leadership and oversight for clinics, ambulatory block rotations, outpatient subspecialty experiences, and ambulatory curriculum.
- Collaborate with Program Leadership to ensure compliance with ACGME requirements and residency program goals.
- Participate in resident recruitment, mentorship, evaluation, coaching, and academic advising.
- Lead curriculum development, quality improvement initiatives, and educational innovation.
- Maintain an outpatient panel (primary care or subspecialty) within the faculty group.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program.
- American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) certification.
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine and/or Internal Medicine Subspecialty.
- Eligible for Maryland medical licensure, CDS, and DEA registration.
- ACLS certification.
- Two years of professional experience post-residency or fellowship.

Compensation And Benefits
- Base salary starts at $230K but is dependent on FTE, specialty and Years of Experience.
