About the Role

We’re looking for a Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team in a PRN capacity. You’ll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume. PRN providers have the opportunity to pick up shifts during the following clinic hours, based on clinic needs and availability:

• Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care through both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.
• Diagnose conditions and prescribe medications, developing personalized health plans with patients.
• Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted PA license in the practicing state.
• Board certification as a Physician Assistant.
• DEA registration.
• 2+ years of primary care experience preferred.
• Experience treating patients ages 2 and up.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Ability to pass on-site credentialing.

Schedule

• PRN (as needed) shifts available on:
• Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
