About the Role

We’re looking for a Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team in a PRN capacity. You’ll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume.

PRN providers have the opportunity to pick up available shifts based on clinic needs and their availability during the following clinic hours:

Monday-Wednesday: 8:00 AM-11:00 AM | 12:00 PM-5:00 PM
Thursday-Friday: 9:00 AM-11:00 AM | 12:00 PM-6:00 PM

Responsibilities

Comprehensive Care: Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.
Diagnosis & Planning: Prescribe medications and develop personalized health plans with your patients.
Wellness Education: Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.
Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.
Culture: Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.

Requirements

Active and unrestricted PA license in the practicing state.
Board certification as a PA.
DEA registration.
2+ years of primary care experience preferred.
Experience treating patients ages 2+.
Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
Ability to pass on-site credentialing.
