About the role
The Atlantic Orthopedic Institute at Morristown Medical Center is seeking a Per Diem Orthopedic Physician Assistant to cover evenings and weekends for their supportive and well-established outpatient orthopedic team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in orthopedic cases
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Evaluate and treat patients in the office
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
- Certified by the National Board of Certification of Orthopaedic Physician’s Assistants
- AcLS and BLS certification required
- 3-5 years of orthopedic experience preferred

- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and takes on challenges
- Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
