About the role
The UCHealth Medical Group and the UCHealth Primary Care Clinic in Northern Colorado are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, full-time availability, and a focus on excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients in accordance with medical standards and protocols.
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management.
- Prescribe medications as necessary and authorized by medical staff.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities.
Requirements
For Physician Assistants
- Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
- Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado.
- PA-C certification from NCCPA.
- Unrestricted DEA permit.
- Eligible for Medicare and Medicaid services.
- Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
For Nurse Practitioners
- Full or provisional prescriptive authority eligibility.
- Nurse Practitioner Certification from ANCC or AANPCB.
- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice or compact privileges.
- Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges.
- Unrestricted DEA permit.
- Eligible for Medicare and Medicaid services.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Pay
The pay range for this full-time position is $110,577 - $144,966 annually. Pay is dependent on relevant experience.
