Conveniently located directly across from Bradley Memorial Hospital, the practice has served the community for over 70 years and offers strong patient demand with an established panel ready for a new provider.

Shift Detail

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine physical examinations
  • Formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients
  • Develop plans for further evaluation of health needs, including referrals to other health team members or specialists
  • Provide appropriate treatment for problems within the scope of the provider’s practice as designated by protocols
  • Identify problems outside of their scope of practice and refer appropriately to physician

Requirements

  • Licensure: Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
  • Training: APRN (Family Nurse Practitioner) or PA
  • Experience: 1+ years’ experience in a primary care or relevant outpatient setting
