About the role
The UCHealth Medical Group and the Gastroenterology team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have GI experience, be a team player, and focus on excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
- See up to 14 patients per day in a busy clinic setting
- Work a four-day work week
- Utilize EPIC EMR system
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Full or provisional prescriptive authority eligibility for Nurse Practitioners
- Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the State of Colorado
- Nurse Practitioner Certification issued by ANCC or AANPCB
- Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe all medications commonly prescribed in the course of practice
- Unrestricted medical staff membership, with appropriate practice privileges
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
Qualifications
- Physician Assistant: Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies, PA-C certification, DEA permit, unrestricted license, and BLS certification
- Nurse Practitioner: Master's degree in Nursing, NP certification, DEA permit, unrestricted license, and BLS certification

Pay and Schedule
The pay range for this full-time position is $115,000 - $150,765 annually. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. A productivity incentive may be offered for this position.
Schedule
This position offers the option to work a four-day work week with 100% outpatient services and no nights or weekends.
