Physician Assistant - OB/GYN

About the role

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is an award-winning public healthcare system recognized for clinical and academic innovations. Our system consists of three campuses and an integrated network of both primary and specialty care practices in Cambridge, Somerville and Boston’s Metro North Region. CHA is a teaching affiliate of both Harvard Medical School (HMS) and Tufts University School of Medicine. The incoming OB/GYN PA will work independently in collaboration with a team of MDs in an outpatient setting in our OB/GYN clinics located in Cambridge, Revere and Somerville.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care in the OB/GYN clinic including urgent OB and GYN visits, routine GYN, LARC insertion and removal, post‑op visits, routine and obstetric visits.
• Utilize the fully integrated Epic EMR.
• Participate in teaching opportunities and ongoing quality‑improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Physician Assistants with experience in Obstetrics/Gynecology are encouraged to apply.
• Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of OB/GYN experience and/or a strong interest in Women’s Health.
• Candidates must have a strong desire to serve the underserved, multicultural patient population, be mission‑driven, and possess excellent clinical skills.

Pay

The guaranteed base salary range is $120,128 – $181,168 (prorated for part‑time positions).

Schedule

Full‑time days only; no nights, weekends, holidays, or on‑call required.
