Responsibilities
- Join Our Expert Neonatal Team at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta – Scottish Rite Hospital
- We are seeking experienced Neonatal Physician Assistants (PAs) as well as Newly graduated PAs interested in joining our Neonatal Residency.
- This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our our dynamic team, which includes five experienced neonatologists and four skilled nurse practitioners.
- Together, we provide exceptional care to our tiniest and most vulnerable patients at the Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta – Scottish Rite Hospital.
Neonatal Residency Details
- The Physician Assistant Neonatal Residency with Pediatrix Neonatology of Atlanta is a 12-month intensive program designed for graduate physician assistants (PAs) seeking to subspecialize in neonatology.
- This Residency will provide the PA with the crucial skills needed to deliver comprehensive, team-based care for high-risk and convalescing newborns, and includes:
- Mentoring
- Didactic teaching
- Simulations
- Skills training
- Clinical experiences
