About the role

Provide advanced, evidence-based neonatal care in Level II and Level III NICUs.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and protocol development.
  • Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and autonomous decision-making.
  • Contribute to program development, education, and policy implementation.
  • Support the training and mentorship of new and existing staff.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development for yourself and your colleagues.

Requirements

  • Board-Certified Neonatal Physician Assistant.
  • Two years of NICU experience required.

Qualifications

  • Strong clinical skills and experience in neonatal care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Skills

  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and protocols.
