About the role
Provide advanced, evidence-based neonatal care in Level II and Level III NICUs.
Responsibilities
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and protocol development.
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and autonomous decision-making.
- Contribute to program development, education, and policy implementation.
- Support the training and mentorship of new and existing staff.
- Engage in ongoing professional development for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements
- Board-Certified Neonatal Physician Assistant.
- Two years of NICU experience required.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and experience in neonatal care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and protocols.
