Responsibilities
- Experience in Neonatal ICU
- Collaborate with a team of 25 neonatologists and 7 NNPs
- Participate in Neonatal Fellowship training
- Lead ECMO Center of Excellence (1 of only 4 in Florida)
- Support high-acuity, complex cases through Fetal Care Center and EXIT procedures
- Manage dedicated RN/RT teams for deliveries, transport, and PICC lines
- Work in a high-acuity, technologically advanced Level IV NICU
- Provide care for approximately 1,900 infants annually
- Work 12-hour shifts with flexibility

Requirements
Completion of a neonatal training program and prior NICU experience required.
Qualifications
- Current certification through NCCPA
- Master’s degree
- One year of PA experience in a Neonatal ICU
