Responsibilities
- Shape the future of neonatal care at a top-ranked children's hospital
- Collaborate with a high-performing team serving Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital
- Work in a 62-bed Level IV NICU and 22 Level II beds with an average daily census of 70+
- Provide care for a full spectrum of complex neonatal diagnoses

- Enjoy flexible scheduling options including 10–12 hour day shifts, 12–16 hour night shifts, and 24-hour shifts

Requirements
- Current certification through National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Minimum of a master’s degree
- Completed a one-year post-masters Neonatal PA training program or have one year of recent experience as a Neonatal PA in a NICU

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations
