About the Role

This role involves practicing professional nursing and medicine within accepted standards, providing patient advocacy, and delivering comprehensive care across specialties such as Emergency, Cardiology, Neurology, Endocrinology, Psychiatry, Urogynecology, Oncology, and Rheumatology.

Responsibilities

  • Data collection: Obtaining medical histories, performing physical exams, and reviewing relevant studies.
  • Assessment: Formulating accurate diagnoses and differential diagnoses.
  • Treatment planning: Developing and implementing treatment plans, ordering medications, tests, and consultations.
  • Procedural skills: Performing procedures within expertise and regulatory limits.
  • Patient education: Counseling on treatment, disease prevention, and health promotion, ensuring culturally sensitive communication.
  • Documentation: Recording all clinical data and care activities accurately.
  • Additional duties: Conducting telehealth visits, managing urgent situations, and supporting team collaboration.

Requirements

  • A graduate degree in nursing or a bachelor's degree with relevant certification for Physician Assistants.
  • Licensure, national certification, and prescriptive authority as applicable.
  • Maintain ongoing certification and participate in continuing education.
  • Adhere to legal and organizational policies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oncology background.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
