We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. No job title heading. No Job ID. No application instructions. No EEO etc. We need to parse the posting. Content: Intro: "When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives." That's about the role? Could be "About the role". Then description of role: "The Physician and APP Onboarding Specialist will ensure that all administrative and logistical issues have been addressed prior to each Physician and/or APP (aka providers) start date including but not limited to coordinating orientation schedule, establishing employee ID, initiating computer access and training, review of policies and procedures, parking. The Physician and APP Onboarding Specialist will also initiate recommendations for appropriate measures to address underlying systemic problems or issues raised in the process of credentialing and orienting new physicians to Beth Israel Lahey Health including suggestions about policy clarification or development, appropriate training, development of an on-boarding template or other interventions. Serve in a specialist, educator and liaison capacity for Beth Israel Lahey Health entities’ administration, Presidents, Vice Presidents, COOs, CMOs, Division Chairs or Chiefs, Admin/Operations Directors, Managers and various other departments critical to the successful integration and retention of a newly hired provider/faculty member. Provide mentorship and training to on-boarding staff. Function as the primary resource and subject matter expert for the Beth Israel Lahey Health system regarding provider on-boarding policies, procedures and new initiatives. Function as the primary resource and subject matter expert for the CVO/MSO regarding onboarding policies, procedures and new initiatives." Then "Job Description The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and skills required for this position." This is generic; we can maybe treat as part of About the role? Might be boilerplate but it's describing nature of work; we can keep as part of About the role. Then "Role Responsibilities" heading in source; we need to list responsibilities as bullet list. Then "Required Qualifications" heading. Then "Required Skills" heading. Then "Social/Environmental Requirements" heading (maybe not needed as a section; but we could include under Requirements? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we have categories: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content. "Social/Environmental Requirements" could go under Requirements (maybe as part of Requirements). Also "Health Care Status", "Sensory Requirements", "Physical Requirements" could be under Requirements. "Pay Range" is Pay. No explicit Benefits or Schedule given. There's mention of "Business travel to attend client meetings and recruitment events as needed." That's maybe schedule? Not explicit schedule like full-time/part-time. No benefits mentioned. So we should not include Benefits or Schedule sections if no specific content. We need to include About the role (intro + description). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (including education, experience, health care status, sensory, physical). Qualifications (maybe same as Required Qualifications? Actually Required Qualifications is a heading; but we have both Qualifications and Requirements categories. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need separate sections for Qualifications and Skills. The posting has "Required Qualifications" and "Required Skills". So we map those. Thus: - About the role: intro paragraph + maybe the first paragraph describing role. - Responsibilities: bullet list from "Role Responsibilities" section. - Requirements: include Social/Environmental Requirements, Health Care Status, Sensory Requirements, Physical Requirements, maybe also "Work requires close attention to task..." etc. - Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required, Minimum of 3 years experience..., Strong project management experience, Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with high-level contacts, Knowledge and/or work experience related to medical specialties..., 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered. - Skills: Proven success with creating collaborative solutions..., Ability to navigate and influence..., Passion..., Engaging and collaborative team player..., Strong work ethic..., Detail-oriented..., Onboarding experience preferred. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. At end there is Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled etc; remove. Also remove lines like "As a health care organization, we have a responsibility to do everything in our power to care for and protect our patients, our colleagues and our communities. Beth Israel Lahey Health requires that all staff be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment. More than 35,000 people working together...." That's maybe boilerplate but it's about organization; could be considered part of About the role? It's generic fluff; but it's not a specific duty. Might be considered boilerplate; but it's not explicitly listed as boilerplate to remove? It says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This paragraph is not exactly those; but it's generic fluff. Might be considered part of About the role? It's not specific to the role. Safer to keep? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." This paragraph is substantive? It's about the organization, not the role. Might be considered filler but not explicitly prohibited. However, they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be okay to include in About the role as extra context. But it's not about the role; it's about the organization. Could be considered boilerplate but not listed. I'd keep it in About the role maybe. Also "Your skill and compassion can make us even stronger." That's also fluff. We'll include them in About the role. Now produce HTML. Structure:
