About the role
Tucson Medical Center is a 600+ bed, locally governed nonprofit hospital with over 80 years of service in Tucson. They are seeking an intensivist to join their adult critical care unit.
Responsibilities
- Work in a 36-bed unit divided into three areas: cardiac intensive care, general, neurological, and vascular care.
- Join an established team of intensivists committed to the mission of providing exceptional health care with compassion.
- Teaching opportunities available, as the ICU supports 12 months of resident training.
- Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine.
- Work 12-hour shifts and have a 7 on / 7 off schedule with flexible work-life balance.
- Highly skilled support staff available to assist.

The ideal candidate must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine.
Qualifications
Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians.
Skills
Strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting are essential.
