Physical Therapy Inpatient
Evaluation and Treatment
The Physical Therapist will evaluate, direct, plan, and treat patients to help them achieve maximum functional independence. They will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating and communicating with staff, patients, and families.
To provide individualized treatment, the PT will develop and carry out a variety of techniques and modalities appropriate to established goals. They will also modify treatment plans and goals based on changes in the client's status and capabilities.
The PT will provide appropriate information about the client's status to the patient, family, treatment team, and other professionals in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy
- Current State of CT license
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
