About the role
Create comprehensive, medically prescribed physical therapy programs that empower patients to reach their recovery goals.
Lead initial and ongoing clinical assessments to tailor care plans precisely to each patient’s unique evolving needs.
Support patients and their families by involving them directly in the care planning process to ensure a collaborative path to wellness.
Oversee the activities of therapy assistants and students to maintain a high standard of clinical excellence and professional development within the team.
Deliver targeted therapy interventions using standard techniques to directly improve patient mobility and quality of life.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Physical Therapy (PT) license credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts prior to hire date or job transfer date required. - Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.

- Commensurate with experience.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Variable weekdays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Variable weekends and holidays 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
Schedule
Rotating l PRN | Variable weekdays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Variable weekends and holidays 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
